Refund Policy

If by some chance you are not fully satisfied with your Louloudi Skincare purchase their are many options to assist you. 


All returns and exchanges are valid fo 30 days from product confirmed delivery date.  Within 30 days if you return your item you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping) returned to the payment method you provided in 7-14 business days (depending on your bank).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Full refunds are allowed for the following circumstances without the need to return the product.  
Product Never Arrived: If this is the case we will resend you a product using another shipping method
Product was Damages on Arrival: Please provide a detailed image to send to us 
The product was faulty or expired upon arrival: Please take an image and send to us
Wrong Order/ Product was delivered: Please contact us immediately so we can send you the proper order.  


We do not approve refunds for products that have been used unless one of the circumstances above apply.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank/ card company)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
