DIY Medicinal Mushroom Powder
The supplement that literally fuels my mornings is incredibly easy to make, tastes delicious and is the only way my FULL GROWN adult-self will ever take vitamins.
Mushroom powders have become all of the rage, and while I trust the recipes from the many brands that have started to carry them, they tend to get expensive, and none seem to last as long as this recipe. For a quarter of the cost you can have around 6 months of medicinal mushroom powder at your disposal.
The coconut powder makes whatever you put this in (we suggest coffee and smoothies) extra creamy, while the chocolate powder (get the fancy kind and treat yourself) gives a lovely dose of antioxidants and boost the serotonin. The mushrooms and roots included have been shown to fire neurons (cleansing the plaque that builds up on the brain), boosts the immune system, enhances memory, focus and energy and can lower blood sugar. Add a generous tablespoon to your day so that you can perform at your best.
