Myceliyumm Mushroom Blend Popsicles

Ingredients


  • 1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 4 Dates
  • a dash of sea salt, 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs of Myceliyumm Morning: Adaptogen Cocoa Blend 
  • 2 Tbs of unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 scoop of coconut cream (unsweetened)
  • popsicle molds for 8 servings



Preparation

Step 1

Combine coconut milk and 4 dates into a heat-proof container and microwave (or warm on the stove) until warm, but not simmering.  

Step 2

Combine warmed milk and dates in a high-speed blender and add the remainder of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.  Add contents to your popsicle molds, freeze overnight & enjoy!
